Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Frankie J. Martinez — an operations and events professional with 10+ years of experience supporting small businesses, nonprofit teams, and large-scale live events.
I’m the person you want around when there are a thousand moving parts and the goal is still “make it look easy.” I help teams stay organized, aligned, and moving forward by building practical systems, strengthening logistics, and keeping timelines, vendors, and details under control — all while bringing a calm, collaborative presence to fast-paced environments.
I’m currently exploring new opportunities and especially excited about roles supporting small businesses, mission-driven organizations, and event-focused teams where strong execution and behind-the-scenes leadership make a real impact.
